3. Cancellations

• After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable.
• If the guide cancels, the traveler receives a full refund.

4. Responsibility

• Each guide is responsible for delivering the tour as described.
• Walking Tours Tirana is not liable for accidents, delays, or unexpected events (weather, traffic, third-party interruptions).

5. Safety

Participants assume responsibility for their physical condition and must follow the guide's safety instructions during the tour.

7. Guide Obligations

• Guides must provide accurate tour descriptions and maintain professional conduct.
• Guides agree to a platform commission of 10% on all bookings.
• Guides must honor confirmed bookings unless exceptional circumstances arise.

Walking Tours Tirana charges a 10% commission on all completed bookings to maintain the platform, provide customer support, and facilitate payments.
